Meet Samar Nashash
Owner & CEO
Samar began her entrepreneurial career at 19. Raised around construction companies led across generations of her family, she built on that foundation through hands-on field experience.
After relocating to Florida in October 2022, Samar continued her work in South Florida, bringing hands-on field experience to client guidance and project coordination. Today, she remains personally involved in the decisions that move a project from idea to completion.
Her goal is simple: help clients make confident decisions and keep each project moving with fewer surprises.

Before Shades By Samar, Samar presented her work as Shades & Design Studio and, earlier, as Samar Jiha Design in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Across those public identities, her focus has remained practical: honest guidance, clear communication, and attention to the details that make a space work beautifully.
